Set in the midst of the Vietnam War, A Piece Of My Heart follows six of the some 10,000 women that were posted to Vietnam fighting an entirely different kind of war: looking after wounded and injured soldiers in the hospitals. It is virtually unknown that women were deployed to Vietnam at all, and these untold stories of the unsung heroes of the war need to be heard.
