In 2012, Hurricane Sandy caused significant damage to NYC including our beloved Vietnam Veterans Memorial and Plaza at 55 Water Street in lower Manhattan. Earlier this year, the physical structure repairs were completed. We are delighted that on October 13, 2016 the new state-of-the-art LED lighting system will be illuminated.
